![]() I was very concerned by previous comments that we would find the waterpark attractions to be limited and closed. I did overhear the arcade attendant state the points per game are less when the waterpark is open so your credits go further than after the water park closes. I bought my 10 year old extra arcade credits as that's more what he's into more so than the little kid stuff. Be prepared to be upsold on fancier wands too. Otherwise I don't know that the Dells activity passes are worth it unless you want to play MagiQuest. We got our moneys worth out of it with the other things included in the pass. The bonus is the Pup Pass includes other discounts like BOGO 50% for Build a Bear Clothes/Accessories, 25% off Oliver's Mining, 25% of Bubble Blowers, and 25% off Leather bracelets. My youngest wanted to do Build a Bear so I did buy the Pup Pass since the $32.99 bear is included. Minneapolis has some extra non-water activities like the bowling alley, ropes course, climbing wall. The Dells has a much larger waterpark that Minneapolis. We previously stayed at the Minneapolis GWL two years ago for three nights. GWL is geared toward younger kids but the waterpark has enough to keep bigger kids entertained. I didn't really notice all the "run down" comments others have but this was our first time so I don't know what it was like previously. I actually prefer the texting service to get fresh towels and have other questions answered as it is highly convenient. There was some dust on the nightstand but otherwise our room was sufficiently clean and spacious. The beds aren't the best but I've slept in much worse too. I actually slept in the non-bunk bed in the cabin as my husband and I don't sleep well together in anything less than a King bed. We splurged on a Kids Cabin Suite as they are only little for so long and its exciting for them.
